Training


I started a new bike loop today that kicked my butt much worse than I thought it would. The hills are much bigger than Billy and I thought from the car (they always are). We managed to do 9 miles very slowly. We will now attack it 3 days a week until the hills become laughable. On the weekend we are going to find a nice flat course to churn out the miles. That way we are getting distance training and hill training. I am going to make Huffy do the Couch 2 5k program with me. He needs to drop the weight as bad as I do.
